Hello! I recently discovered this genius of an artist after I heard some people saying "Have you heard about this Seasick Steve guy?". Awesome lyrics, awesome tone, awesome everything. In fact, Steve is one of the reasons why I've started to learn to play the guitar. I've been at it for literally 3 days, but I'm really into it so far!
Hope to see you all around!

He Fertro, welcome to Steve's forum. I reckon the man himself would be pretty pleased that he's inspired you to pick up the guitar. Wow, 3 days - how's it going? You enjoying it? I loved the first few days with my first guitar.
All the best, davey.

I'm getting there :p. I know most of the basic chords, I can do most of the major chords without looking, and a few minors. Am and Em are the ones that stick in my head, because a lot of the songs I want to learn use them. Once I can switch between chords quickly, I'll be one happy camper. Well, that and learning strum patterns of songs just by listening too them. Shouldn't be too long before I get the hang of it
